Official Community Plan
Surrey's Official Community Plan (OCP) is a comprehensive, long-term plan that guides our planning decisions. It outlines how community development or land use decisions are made in Surrey.
The current OCP was adopted by Council in 2014 and goes through an annual review that citizens can read.
