Gabled dormer at front, full width shed dormer at rear, front entry porch with barrel vault roof supported by square tapering columns. Wood sash windows in groups of three. Garage located in basement accessed from side of house. Robert MacKenzie was Reeve of Surrey from 1921 to 1923.
