Description: Built c.1936, an unusual and sophisticated example of period revival styles of the 1920’s and 1930’s. Features a refined series of traditional details, including quoining, straight leaded windows and wrought iron detailing. Front steps are covered in random laid red slate. The house was built for Barry and Eva Creelman acquired the property. Barry Creelman was the manager of the Surrey Co-op.
