Description: The cabin was built c.1872 by pioneer Eric Anderson. It is documented as Surrey's oldest remaining building. It features vertical weatherboard on gable ends, notched corners and chinking. It is preserved as a historic monument to all pioneers, and its crude structure shows just how primitive the living conditions were for those pioneers.
