Description: George Lawrence was a Councillor in 1905 and 1906. The quarter section was subdivided by Lawrence around 1920, with many of the lots sold to soldiers returning from World War I. Built in 1908 in Ontario Cottage style, the house features centred shed roofed portico, shed roof structure attached to the back of the house, three brick chimneys and simple flared vergeboard.
