Morgan Heights is the name of a first neighbourhood to be planned within the broader Grandview Heights community. This plan, now largely build out, provides direction on the type and density of development, urban design, parks and community amenities and engineering infrastructure for the neighbourhood.
Plan Area
The plan area is bordered by the Highway 99 Corridor Local Area Plan to the west, 28 Avenue to the north, 24 Avenue to the south and 164 Street to the east. The plan area encompasses about 80 hectares (196 acres) of land.
