The Audit Committee reviews the audited annual financial statements and other financial information.
The Audit Committee assists City Council by reviewing the audited annual financial statements and other financial information, and the City staff's governance of internal controls and auditing processes.
The Audit Committee consists of Members of Council who are supported by City staff. Members of the Audit Committee are appointed by the Mayor. Learn more about the Committee's function in the Audit Committee Terms of Reference.
