REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORK
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of below projects in strict accordance with the Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract:
• Fire Hall 1 Main Floor Dormitory and Dispatch Lounge located at 8767 132 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 4P1; and
• Fire Hall 2 Basement Dormitory located at 13079 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T 1T8.
INFORMATION MEETING
At the time of issuance of this RFQ a meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Time: 10:30am Local Time
Location: 8767 132 St, Surrey, BC V3W 4P1
Bidders are to meet at the main entrance to Fire Hall 1 on 132 Street. There will be no additional guided walkthrough meetings after this date. The meeting will continue at Fire Hall 2 located at 13079 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T 1T8 after visiting Fire Hall 1.
Note: No minutes of the Information Meeting will be provided
ADDENDA
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form a part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
