Description: Built in 1910, positioned to face the water, this is a less common example of shingle style house featuring shed and gable dormers, extended flared hipped roof at rear, staggered shingle pattern below cross gables and coursed shingles on remainder of house, front porch with four classical columns, corbelled brick chimney. This was a summer home for T.H. Smith, a clothing merchant in New Westminster.
