Description: Folk Victorian farmhouse built in 1894 featuring wraparound porch under hipped roof supported by simple wood posts, parallel gabled dormer over second floor balcony, brick chimney at peak of intersection between cross gables, tongue and groove wood siding with corner boards. The Weavers were pioneer settlers farming the Mud Bay area, and John Weaver was on the second Surrey Council in 1881.
