Description: Eclectic Colonial Revival style, with stylistic detailing such as Queen Anne shingles in gable ends, Italianate paired columns and Georgian upper storey balcony and double front entry staircase, making this a variation of an "I-House." Other features include gabled dormers, wraparound veranda, shiplap siding with corner boards, and symmetrical floor plan. Christopher and Sarah Brown were pioneers settling around 1880 and farming the tidal flats south of Panorama Ridge, building this house c. 1898.
