Surrey’s Tree Lighting Festival Presented by Concord Pacific Returns to Civic Plaza on Saturday, November 19
The City of Surrey will host the 12th annual Surrey Tree Lighting Festival and Holiday Market at Surrey Civic Plaza on Saturday, November 19 from 12pm to 8pm.
