Fleetwood Community Festival returns for its 22nd year
The 22nd annual Fleetwood Community Festival is set to take place on September 7 from 11am to 3pm at Fleetwood Community Centre, with festivities happening outdoors in Francis Park.
Surrey, B.C. – The 22nd annual Fleetwood Community Festival is set to take place on September 7 from 11am to 3pm at Fleetwood Community Centre, with festivities happening outdoors in Francis Park. The free event offers a day of fun and entertainment for families and individuals of all ages.
“We are thrilled to bring the Fleetwood Community Festival back for its 22nd year,” said Mayor Brenda Locke. “This event is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate our vibrant culture and enjoy a day of fun and connection. The festival truly embodies the spirit of Fleetwood, showcasing the best of what our community has to offer.”
Attendees can look forward to a wide array of activities, including live performances and music, a variety of community vendors and delicious offerings from food trucks. Special activities for children and families will include face painting, bouncy castles and mini golf.
The festival aims to create a welcoming environment where residents can learn more about local services and initiatives while enjoying a festive atmosphere.
The event is hosted by the Fleetwood Community Centre, Fleetwood Community Association and Fleetwood Business Improvement Association. It is also made possible by the generous support of numerous sponsors.
