NEW Program Highlight

Just Ferment It!
Thursday evenings in February (6, 13, 20, 27)

In this workshop series, Kristine Hui, a professional distiller and fermentation specialist, will lead you through four unique sessions on how to make kimchi, kombucha, lacto-fermented fruits and hot sauce. Get hands-on, creative, and discover the health benefits of eating fermented foods. Cost: $194 which includes four class, ten hours of instruction, all food and supplies and everything you take home. 

Registration opens on Sunday, November 24 at 9pm.
