Working together

Historic Stewart Farm is invested in expanding its community-driven offerings, specifically, community events, workshops and programs. If you would like to host an event, instruct a workshop or share an idea for collaboration, please answer the questionnaire and we will contact you to discuss the opportunity. 

What we can offer you

Space and optional resources

  • 3 covered, indoor rooms: Pole Barn (40 capacity), Stewart Hall (40 capacity), Farmhouse (20 capacity)

  • Outdoor green space (1000 capacity)

  • Equipment: kitchen, tables (4/6), hot plates, folding chairs, tents (10x10), sound system, screen and projector

  • Marketing: social media, website, e-news, design, recreation guide, and more

  • Program registration: via the City’s online registration system 

  • Staff: if applicable

  • Serves City of Surrey residents

  • Does not promote or perpetuate hate

    2. Values of community, innovation, integrity, service and teamwork

Who can work with us?

Anyone! We’re interested in hearing from local community groups, expert and amateur workshop instructors, knowledge sharers, cultural workers and more. We are open to all suggestions. Complete the questionnaire to begin the conversation.

Process

  1. Complete the questionnaire

  2. It is reviewed by the Coordinator of Heritage Programs

  3. You will receive a response within 5 business days to further discuss your idea, confirm details and ensure it is a good fit

Availability and timelines

Historic Stewart Farm is open year-round with the exception of January. To ensure adequate time for successful collaborations, allow some time for planning.
