Surrey has designated dog off-leash areas in each of our communities. Dogs must be kept on a leash in Surrey parks except in these designated off-leash areas.
Dog off-leash areas in Surrey are open from dawn until dusk.

Dog Off-Leash Park Tips
- Be a responsible dog owner when visiting Surrey parks. Owners with dogs off-leash in undesignated areas are subject to fines up to $2,000. Please refer to the Surrey Animal Responsibility Bylaw and the Surrey Parks Regulation Bylaw for more information.
- All dogs over the age of 3 months must have a dog licence.
- All dog off-leash parks are fully fenced except Freedom, Tannery and Dogwood.
