Park information
Price Creek Park is mainly a natural area, established for the protection and conservation of the Price and Cub Creek watersheds. There is a large meadow area along 146 Street, just north of 85A Avenue, that is perfect for a game of frisbee or an afternoon picnic.
The park dates back to the late 1970s when the first parcels of land were purchased by the City. Today, the park is over 7.32 ha (18 acres) in area, protecting over 1,344 metres of sensitive riparian habitat.
