Morgan Heights Linear Park was developed through the Morgan Heights Neighbourhood Concept Plan. The park provides a pedestrian link between 25 Avenue and 27 Avenue, connecting the Morgan Heights community. The park also has stormwater ponds to provide habitat for ducks and other animals and help keep this neighbourhood sustainable.
