Surrey’s newest facility—North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex—not only has three sheets of ice, but it also has a 5,000 ft. fitness centre, a yoga studio and indoor cycling room. The fitness centre has the latest fitness equipment
Come to the second floor of the facility and work out in the 5,000 sq. ft. fitness centre! There’s many fitness equipment to use. Get unlimited drop-in access with your annual or monthly recreation pass or get a flexible 10/20 swipe pass card. Weight room attendants are on site to help and personal training is available.
Choose from a variety of fitness classes
Whether you want to unwind with a Yoga class in the naturally lit room or break a sweat at Bootcamp or Zumba session, there’s a fitness activity for all ages, interests and skill types. The fitness drop-in schedule also features: Fit 55+, Cardio Combo, TRX Suspension Training, SYRNRGY Circuit, Body Sculpt, Core Conditioning and Circuit Training. Classes are offered throughout the week—just swing by!
Go for a spin in the dedicated Indoor Cycling room
Love to bike but don’t want to go outside? Bring your ride indoors and join an indoor cycling class! The indoor cycling room has 10 of the latest spin bikes and is offered at various times of the week. Make sure to book your spot in advance so you don’t miss your seat in this popular fitness class.
You can treat yourself to a snack after a workout at the newly opened Concession Bar
If you’re craving a healthy treat after your workout, you won’t have to look very far. The newly opened Concession Bar, located in the lobby, sells a variety of drinks and delicious food from fruits to hot meals.
It’s conveniently located right near Scott Road SkyTrain Station
No car? No problem. Getting to the facility is public transit friendly. Either take the SkyTrain or bus to Scott Road Station and walk only a few minutes to the facility.
