The Utilities Division is responsible for planning the infrastructure required to deliver important services to Surrey residents.
What our sections do
Sewer
Our Sanitary Sewer Services section manages existing sewer systems, and plans, designs and constructs new sewer services.
Water
Our Drinking Water Services section manages existing water systems, and plans, designs and constructs new water services.
Drainage & Environment
Our Drainage & Environmental Services section manages existing drainage systems, plans for new drainage services, and oversees environmental issues.
Surrey City Energy
Surrey City Energy is building a renewable energy future with district energy. This City-owned district energy system supplies high-density residential, commercial, and institutional buildings in City Centre with heat and hot water.
