Find out about the support provided by the Conveyance Section of the Realty Services Division.

The Conveyance Section provides support to the other sections of the Realty Services Division and other City Departments relating to all Land Title Office matters including:

  • Preparation and registration of:
    • Statutory Rights-of-Way, Covenants, Easements, Tax Sale Notices and Redemptions, and Development Permits
    • Acquisition and disposition documents relating to roads, park and City land
    • Consolidation and Subdivision Plans

The Conveyance Section is responsible for the management and maintenance of the City Land Inventory system and records for the Parks Acquisition Program.
