INVITATION TO TENDERERS
The City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders from Contractors for construction of a new synthetic hockey field at Field #3 at Tamanawis Park located at 12601 64TH Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia.
The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these Tender Documents for the construction of a new synthetic hockey field.
The Work includes but is not limited to all site preparation including removals, excavation and filling, field and site drainage system, permeable aggregate base, synthetic turf surfacing and elastic layer, concrete edge anchor, chain link fencing, asphalt and concrete pathways, concrete retaining walls, gabion walls and related works.
Refer to the project drawings and specifications for a complete description of the scope of the Work and services required.
ADDENDA
If the Owner determines that an amendment is required to this ITT, the Owner’s Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the Owner’s website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”) and upon posting will be deemed to form a part of this ITT. It is the responsibility of Tenderers to check Websites for addenda. The only way this ITT may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this ITT or may be relied upon by any Tenderer. By delivery of a Tender the Tenderer is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire ITT, including any and all addenda.
