Description: Built in 1907, the site has been a focal point of Port Kells since 1891. Neo-Georgian influence in original massing, original siding has been replaced with stucco. Roof form is symmetrical hip with flared eaves, and double gables flank main entry. Wooden brackets supporting a generous overhang at front facade have been replaced by steel brackets.
