Tamanawis Park is a growing centre for field hockey in the region. This large (8 hectare / 19.5 acre) community park offers 2 full, lit artificial turf fields with a field house. The park also has 2 baseball diamonds and a soccer field that's shared with the Tamanawis Secondary School to the north. In the summer, the larger fields tend to get busy, so be sure to book a field if you have a formal team practice or game.
Tamanawis Park is connected to the surrounding neighbourhood with a number of pathways, including the Serpentine Greenway, an important off-street multi-use pathway that connects the park with more distant neighbourhoods to the north and south.
A large parking lot is accessible from the intersection of 64 Avenue and 126 Street.
