Park information
Nichol Estates Park is a 4.6 hectare (11.5 acre) park in East Newton. The majority of the park is a natural forest area and home to an important tributary of Bear Creek. You'll find a great forest trail that links the north end of 143 Street with the south end of 143A Street.
At the Southwest of the park you'll find a large grass field with a small playground adjacent to 72A Ave. There are a few trails that link this grassy area to the surrounding cul-de-sacs.
