Park information
Frank Hurt Park is a community park in Newton Town Centre. In the park you'll find a nice little forest with a number of trails and walking paths.
At the centre of the park you'll find a large grass field with a small playground, parkour course and small plaza. You'll also find a soccer field in the north of the park, shared with Frank Hurt Secondary.
Public Art
View work by Robert Davidson entitled Eagle Calling, a stylized eagle combining the traditional visual iconography of Haida art with a contemporary aesthetic that is elegant in its graceful contours and distinctive in its bold use of colour.
