Park information
Barnston Park is a 3 hectare (7.4 acre) park in east Fraser Heights. The park is mainly a natural area to protect two sensitive creeks that feed into the Fraser River, although you will find a large open field at the corner of 179 Street and 100A Avenue.
As the surrounding land develops, Barnston Park is expected to expand to protect the sensitive creeks.
