Schedules are subject to change without notice. Effective dates vary on some schedules.

Sign up for most scheduled drop-in activities 72 hours in advance.
- Swimming and public skating do not require 72 hour early sign-up. Pay when you visit the recreation facility.
- Not all drop-in activities run on holidays. Check holiday hours of operation or call the facility to confirm.
- Program disruptions and class cancellations may occur if the minimum number of staff required to operate safely are not available to work.

Register
Most of our scheduled drop-in activities open for sign-up 72 hours in advance.
Register by phone
Registration by phone is available. Call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
Register in person
In person registration is available at any Surrey Parks, Recreation & Culture facility during hours of operation. Bring your recreation passcard when you visit.
Cancelling a registration
If you need to cancel your registration, log in to your account and follow our How to Cancel Your Activity video.
Alternatively, you can call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative can cancel your registration for you.
If you no longer want to use your Recreation Pass, learn how to receive a refund.
Waitlist
If you are on the waitlist for a drop-in activity, please wait until you receive a confirmation call that a spot has become available. Waiting at the facility may not guarantee space in the activity.
Please arrive on time for drop-in activities. If you are late, the next person on the waitlist may get your spot. Gymnasium activities allow a 10-minute grace period.
Childminding
Enjoy a workout, program or drop-in while our qualified staff take care of your child ages 12 and under in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. Parents/guardians are required to remain in the building and pick up their child after the 90-minute session. $3.75 per child.
Register 72 hours in advance. Childminding is currently offered at:
- Clayton Community Centre
- Cloverdale Recreation Centre
- Guildford Recreation Centre
- South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre

Swipe passes & rates
Learn about our rates for registered drop-in activities or save money by purchasing a 5,10 or 20 swipe pass. The withdrawal fee will be waived if you need to cancel a booking due to illness.
Don't waste your space
If you are registered for a drop-in activity and do not show or withdraw at least one hour before the start time of the activity, a no-show will be logged on your account. Once you have three no-shows logged on your account, you will not be able to use your membership for one week.
Recreation Passcard
