REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES


The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labour, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to supply, deliver and install the Good(s) and any spare parts and performance of the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Project Objectives:
• To replace lockers (includes but not limited to replacement, disposal of existing, supply, delivery and installment of new lockers) in the Female, Male and Universal changerooms at Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex, Aquatic Facility.
• Replacement of the following:
            • Universal Changeroom
            • 80 small (40 double tier 15 X 21 X 72”) pass card mechanism lockers,
            • 10 small (5 double tier 15 X 21 X 72”) coin return lockers
            • 32 large single tier (15 X 21 X 72”) pass card mechanism lockers
            • 4 large single tier 15 X 21 X 72” coin return lockers
            • Men’s Changeroom
            • 72 small (36 double tier 12 X 18 X 72”) pass card mechanism lockers,
            • 10 small (5 double tier 12 X 18 X 72”) coin return lockers
            • Women’s Changeroom
            • 72 small (36 double tier 12 X 18 X 72”) pass card mechanism lockers,
            • 10 small (5 double tier 12 X 18 X 72”) coin return lockers
            • Locker material for all types – Solid Plastic Lockers
• Desired Timeline –
            • Product Delivery & installation – Supply and install is to be scheduled and completed well within                    the Facility’s 5-6 week shutdown
            • Work to start after March 27, 2023 and completely installed and tested before April 28, 2023

ADDENDA

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation, the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
