SCOPE OF SERVICES
The City is looking to acquire a comprehensive Theatre Ticketing Management system for its Parks, Recreation & Culture department that can effectively handle all aspects of our event workflows. The primary user of this system is Surrey Civic Theatres. Surrey Civic Theatres venues include the Main Stage and Studio Theatre inside the Surrey Arts Centre, and Centre Stage located inside Surrey City Hall. Events held on these stages are both programmed by Surrey Civic Theatres staff, as well as presented by organizations and individuals who rent the theatres. Together, they provide the community with a spectrum of performing arts and entertainment options.
Our vision is to implement a system that ensures that all operational, administrative, and patron-facing functions are seamlessly managed, improving efficiency and overall theatre performance. The City is also interested in options that can accommodate potential scaling for larger venues in the future. To support this vision, the City is in search of a vendor who demonstrates flexibility in accommodating our evolving and growing business needs and is committed to collaborating closely with us.
