Parking
- Find out about public parking at City Hall for Surrey Civic Theatres Centre Stage.
- Free parking is available for the Main Stage and Studio Theatre at Surrey Arts Centre.
Accessibility
- The theatres have accessible seating areas. See the Seating Maps section below.
- Surrey Arts Centre has free parking with six designated accessible spots across from the main entrance with a ramp at the main entrance.
- Two universal single occupant washrooms are available with accessibility push button access.
- Ramps on the main level and an elevator connects visitors to all three levels.
- Centre Stage at Surrey City Hall has accessible underground parking with an elevator to the ground floor. Accessible washrooms are available on this level.
- Patrons who are hard of hearing can enjoy our shows by wearing a wireless listening device, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Ask our Front of House staff for assistance with this free service.
- Patrons who are blind or partially sighted can enjoy an enhanced theatre experience at Arts Club shows (at the Main Stage at Surrey Arts Centre) with VocalEye.
- Baby change stations are available at Surrey Arts Centre and Surrey City Hall.
- Sensory kits and noise-cancelling headphones are available at the reception desk at the Surrey Arts Centre.

- All Surrey Civic Theatres ticket holders receive an exclusive 15% discount on food when you go to either restaurant on performance day.
- Just present proof of your ticket purchase (paper ticket, online purchase confirmation e-mail, or performance reminder email).
- Discount is not valid on alcohol and already discounted items.
Refreshments
- The bar at the Surrey Arts Centre is open during all presentations. Beverages and snacks are available one hour before the show starts and during intermission. Pre-order your intermission beverages and they’ll be waiting for you. You can pay with debit, credit, or cash.
- Take 5 Café at Surrey City Hall is open during all presentations. The café is licensed, so you can choose an adult beverage. You can pay with debit, credit, or cash.
- Main Stage and Studio Theatre at Surrey Arts Centre are now beverage-friendly (you can take your beverages into the theatre) for the majority of presentations.
Tips
- We want to make it easy for you to show up at the right venue at the correct time. Make sure we have your current email address so you can receive performance reminders.
- To make sure you've got time to park and get settled, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
- Comfy seat cushions are available for the Studio Theatre at Surrey Arts Centre.
Reminders
- Power down your cell phone.
- No photography or recording.
- Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time to minimize disruption to performers and patrons.
- Refrain from wearing fragrance as some patrons may have allergies.
- Unless a show is intended for children and family audiences, please use discretion in choosing to bring a child to a performance. If children are with you, they must have a ticket, be seated where they are supervised, and be able to sit quietly. Babies in arms are not permitted.
