School programs and teacher activity kit registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open on August 19 at 8:30am.

Interpretive space

Check out our new exhibit: Pollinator Power! Pollinators include bees, butterflies and even bats. Learn about these amazing animals that have evolved with flowering plants. Play games, touch specimens, and then head outside to see pollination in action in the park.

Our interpretive space is a place for everyone!

After checking out our exhibit, adults can sit, chat and peruse our library full of field books and non-fiction nature books. We also have a family space with cozy couches for your littles, an extensive collection of children's books and a puppet theatre to spark creativity.
