Addendum

INVITATION TO TENDERERS
The City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders for main skylight replacement at the Surrey Police Service Headquarters located at 14355 57 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia.

The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for replacement of skylight systems and related vertical fenestration walls and windows.

The Work includes but is not limited to:
• Replacement of skylight systems.
• Replacement of vertical fenestration walls and windows.
• Remove and replace metal flashings and accessories.
• Disconnection, modification, and reconnection of existing ventilation, mechanical, and A/C units as required.
• Disconnection, modification, and reconnection of existing Fire Sprinkler system, smoke detectors as required.
• Any other repair work deemed necessary.

INFORMATION MEETING:
An information meeting will be hosted by the Owner’s Representative to discuss the Owner’s requirements under this ITT (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Tenderers, Tenderers who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. At the time of issuance of this ITT a meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Tenderers are to meet in the public lobby for sign in.

NOTICE: All attendees must bring two pieces acceptable ID (one of which must be Canadian Government issued photo ID) for the Site Information Meeting. Those who have not been approved through pre-registration will not be allowed to participate on the site tour.

Note: No minutes of the Information Meeting will be provided

ADDENDA
If the Owner determines that an amendment is required to this ITT, the Owner’s Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the Owner’s website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”) and upon posting will be deemed to form a part of this ITT. It is the responsibility of Tenderers to check Websites for addenda. The only way this ITT may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this ITT or may be relied upon by any Tenderer. By delivery of a Tender the Tenderer is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire ITT, including any and all addenda.
