Provision of Management Software for Prisma Pay-Stations

Request for Quotations

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The City of Surrey (the “City”) is inviting Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply and support of reporting software in approximately 42 parking pay-stations.

The City owns and operates Prisma pay-by-license plate pay-stations and a Contractor is needed to provided, as necessary, the following basic support services:

(i) Client care support line and email support during the business hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST;
(ii) Wireless communication network and secure gateway;
(iii) Access to the pay-station Central Management System (“CMS”);
(iv) Provide pro-active monitoring of system log files on a regular basis;
(v) Respond to City requests for pay station programming and rate changes within 48 hours;
(vi) Provide CMS updates and equipment firmware updates, as required and as they are made available by the Contractor; and
(vii) Provide equipment configuration updates as required.

ADDENDA
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFP, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (the “City Website”) that will form part of this RFP.  No amendment of any kind to the RFP is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum on the City Website.  Upon submitting a Proposal, Proponents will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City Website.
