2020 School Sidewalk and Road Improvements Package

The Owner invites tenders for:

Local road widening on 100 Avenue and 116A Avenue in Surrey with the following approximate quantities: 1,600m of concrete curb, 2,200 sq.m of concrete sidewalk and driveway restoration, 2,800 cu.m of common excavation, 5,500 tonnes of gravel, 1,800 tonnes of asphalt paving, 510m of storm sewer construction, 170m of sanitary main construction and streetlight improvements.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (January 2016 Edition; amended August 17, 2018)
