Description: Un-styled Vernacular Homestead, possibly built in two sections c. 1900-1907, on a stone foundation featuring wing with narrow steep pitched roof, broader wing with wraparound veranda, chamfered support posts and squared balusters, bay window in main and second floors, tongue and groove ceiling in interior of rear sections.

Protected by SurreyHeritage Designation By-Law, 2001, No. 14446.

Listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
