Each summer, for the past four years, hundreds of Surrey residents celebrate Surrey's local culinary talent and agricultural capabilities at Flavours of Surrey.
Previously held at the Historic Stewart Farm, this year, Flavours is joining forces with Surrey's Fusion Festival to showcase local Surrey produce and food at a weekend-long premiere event. The food tasting event is supported by local chefs who prepare a variety of dishes representing Surrey's agricultural roots.
Flavours of Surrey celebrates Surrey and brings together local growers, businesses, producers and the public in an interactive and fun environment. The Surrey Urban Farmer's Market will also be available selling local produce. Featured farms include: Painted River, Rondriso, M&M, Clover Valley and Training Wheels. The Poutry in Motion display will also be available as well as live entertainment, the Surrey Heritage Advisory Commission and access to Fusion's Canada Pavillion.
Flavours of Surrey provides fun, food and festivities for the whole family in conjunction with the Fusion Festival this summer on July 16th and 17th.
