| The City of Surrey wishes to retain the Services of a qualified Contractor to work with the City, its Architect and consultants on the construction of the City's Bear Creek Park Pavilion Addition. The location of the work is 13750 - 88th Avenue, Surrey, BC. It is adjacent and immediately south of the existing Arts Centre. Project Goals
The work includes, but is not limited to the construction of a new approximately 90 m2 / 969 ft.2 wood framed, slab-on-grade, single-storey multi-use addition at the south side of the existing Bear Creek Pavilion, existing washroom and change room renovations. Addenda
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will post a written addendum on the City's ftp site that will form part of this RFQ. No amendment of any kind to the RFQ is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum on the City's ftp site. Upon submitting a Quotation, Contractors will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City's ftp site.
