| The City of Surrey invites contractors to provide a quotation for 2009 Road Restoration. Description of Work
The work involves road restoration related to utility construction including asphalt trench reinstatement, asphalt and concrete curb, asphalt and concrete driveways and concrete sidewalk replacement.
Scope of Work - Supply & place material and provide services for the items indicated in Schedule C of RFQ document
- Provide any other works incidental to the proposed improvements
- Excavated millings to be disposed at a predetermined site within Surrey, as directed by the City
- Restoration work for each road section must be completed within a one (1) week period from notification
- All pavement patching items may be required within 24 hours notice from the City.

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City will post a written addendum on the City Website and upon posting will be deemed to form part of this RFQ. Upon submitting a Quotation, Contractors will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City Website.
