Tenders are invited for Surrey's 2011 Local Road Crack Sealing Program R13/11. The contract includes crack sealing of approximately 150,000 lineal meters on roads throughout the City of Surrey. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed package marked on the outside with "Tenders for 2011 Local Road Crack Sealing Program" and must be received at the office of the City Clerk, Surrey City Hall, 14245 - 56 Avenue, Surrey, BC Canada V3X 3A2, not later than 11:00 a.m. (local time), on Thursday, September 1, 2011 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter. Copies of the Drawings, Tender Submission Documents and Contract Documents may be viewed at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association, 3636 East 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC and the Engineering Department Front Counter at Surrey City Hall. Copies thereof may be purchased from R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd., #101, 19232 Enterprise Way, Surrey, BC on or after Thursday, August 18, 2011, on payment of the non-refundable sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), HST inclusive. Cheques should be made payable to R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd. (Consultant Engineer). The Agreement on Internal Trade will apply to this tender.
