Scope of Services
Provide all labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, layout, survey, permits, and inspections to provide operational and tested mechanical systems with facilities and services to meet the requirements described in the RFQ. The general components of the work include mechanical systems commissioning, supply and installation of basic materials, pipe cleaning and chemical treatment, mechanical systems balancing, testing, vibration isolation, seismic restraint systems, mechanical insulation, mechanical firestopping & smoke seals, plumbing, pool dehumidifier, liquid heat transfer, air distribution, direct digital controls and related works. Contractors are to examine the site prior to submitting a Quotation to fully acquaint themselves with all existing conditions reasonably inferable from examination of the site and its surroundings and the RFQ and to make allowance for such conditions in the Quotation. Addenda
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will post a written addendum on the City's FTP site that will form part of this RFQ. No amendment of any kind to the RFQ is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum on the City's FTP site. Upon submitting a Quotation, Contractors will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City's FTP site. All inquiries related to this Request for Quotation should be directed in writing to the contact person named below.
