The City of Surrey invites contractors to provide a quotation for the Surrey Games Preparation Centre - Site Landscaping, Section 01010.

Supply all labour, materials, tools, equipment, layout, survey, permits, inspections, engineered drawings, warranties and on site supervision to install all landscaping (hard and soft) as outlined on drawings, specifications and RFQ.

The overall soft landscape must adhere to the BCLNA 7th edition - Landscape Standard. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations will result in being immediately escorted from the work site.

By submitting a Quotation, a Contractor represents that it has the expertise, qualifications, resources and relevant experience to supply the Goods and Services.

Addenda
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City will post a written addendum on the City FTP site that will form part of this RFQ. No amendment of any kind to the RFQ is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum on the City FTP site. Upon submitting a Quotation, Contractors will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that are posted on the City FTP site.
