Translation – Explanation and Caution

The electronic translation service on the City of Surrey’s web site is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation may vary in some of the languages offered by Google. The goal of the basic translation is to capture the general intention of the original English material.

Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages. Unfortunately, not all the languages spoken in the City of Surrey are translated. Punjabi is one of the languages not currently offered, and to remedy the situation, the City has been in contact with Google and they have committed to making Punjabi available in the future.

The City of Surrey cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any translated information. Before you act on translated information, the City encourages you to confirm any facts that are important to you and the decisions you make.

The City of Surrey offers interpretation services at all its facilities. If you have a question about the material you read on our web site, we encourage you to stop by a City facilities to discuss it. You can also contact the City at (604) 591-4011 to receive interpretation support.

The City is committed to enhancing the accessibility of its web site to all its citizens, and appreciates any feedback that it receives.

Parties are booked for Sundays, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, and 2:30pm to 4:30pm.The parties are 2 hours in length and include 1 instructor, who leads the children in a gym-themed party, which includes the use of our gross motor equipment. Children's Birthday Party

Book a party with us and relax as we entertain your children. Parties are booked for Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm, or 1:30 to 3:30pm. The parties are 2 hours in length and include 1 instructor, who leads the children in a themed party of sports or crafts. Prices are for up to 10 children. Pre-Teen Birthday Party

Book your next birthday party at the Cloverdale Youth Centre and let one of our Youth Staff help host the event. You'll receive private use of the building. Pool table, foosball, air hockey, X-Box, TV/VCR, Stereo, and kitchen. To book your party, please call us at 604-598-7960.

Pre-Teen Dance Birthday Party

2 hours + Pre-Teen Dance ($15 per person - minimum 8 people, maximum 12 people). Looking for a fun way to celebrate your birthday? Bring your party to us before the pre-teen dance to celebrate your special day and then dance the night away after! Package includes your 2-hour party prior to the dance, as well as  

  • pizza,
  • juice,
  • grab bags,
  • games and video games, and
  • admission to the pre-teen dance.

Clayton Community Hall Birthday Parties

Book your child’s birthday party at Clayton Community Hall. Parties are for kids aged 3 to 5 years and 6 to 9 years. The instructor-led parties are 2 hours in length, and provide the use of a bouncy castle, crafts and mini sports games. Parties can be booked for Friday nights, from 4:00 to 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am to 12noon, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, or 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
