Description: Constructed in 1933 to the designs of prominent architect Ross Lort, Brooksdale Estate comprises a generous acreage and is home to a handful of historic buildings, including the Main House, Coach House and Caretaker’s Cottage. These 3 structures are characterized by their Tudor Revival style and they have remained remarkably intact since their completion nearly 8 decades ago.
