Description: Land donated by Surrey pioneer Benjamin Stevenson in 1916 on condition that it be cleared for a school. It opened in 1918, and is the only one-room schoolhouse in Surrey remaining at its original location. Features simple front-gabled massing, corbelled brick chimney, 5 ribbon windows on south side.
