Description: North portion built in 1906, south extension c. 1923, in Homestead style. Features pedimented gable over front porch with square posts and balustrade, enclosed veranda, scalloped shingles with alternating bands on main gable end, upper balcony replaced by triple window arrangement on west side. Early owners had ties to Norwegian community on Surrey-Delta border.

Listed on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
