Surrey Museum School Programs

A class in the People of the Land program

Curriculum Current Programs

The Surrey Museum offers a variety of unique programs based on the new curriculum. Including authentic artifacts and museum quality reproductions, the programs are an excellent value. Each includes teachers' notes with a resource listing and pre/post program activities with activity/project ideas, online and print resources and a recommended reading/video listing.

The school programs at the Surrey Museum are inquiry based and hands on. Our highly trained docents work with small groups and cater to different learning methods.

Programs offered include:

New! Edukit Test Project

We're looking for a few teachers of Grades 9, 10 and 11 Social Studies classes to test and provide feedback on our new travelling kit focusing on life in Surrey during World War 1. Find out how you can take part.
