Taking Action Together

Help Keep our City Safe and Engaged

From interactive town centre community events to neighbourhood safety meetings, we'll soon be in your area sharing information and valuable tips on how to keep our neighbourhoods safe for residents, families, youth, seniors, business owners and other community members. We encourage you to join us for these events to stay informed about issues specific to your area, and to be a part of creating solutions to our challenges.

 

Public Safety Town Centre Community Events

Enjoy games, prizes and children’s activities while exploring a variety of interactive community booths offering tips and information on topics ranging from crime prevention to personal safety, transportation safety, emergency preparedness, child and youth programs, volunteer opportunities and various community services. These events are a way to get practical tips for your safety while having some family friendly fun in your neighbourhood.

RCMP Neighbourhood Safety Meetings

Join the Surrey RCMP—along with the Surrey School District and the City of Surrey’s Public Safety Strategy Office, Bylaw Services and Parks Department—to discuss your concerns and learn more about local crime trends, how to improve safety in your community, and current initiatives underway to address neighbourhood-specific safety issues.
