Weight Room Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am to 8:00pm

Weight Room Equipment

The Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex Weight Room is a first-class facility with 10,000 square feet of workout space the includes: 

  • SYNRGY XM 360
  • Landmine, battle ropes, kettle bells
  • Two (2) TRX Suspension Trainers
  • Treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, arc trainer, lateral-x, seated recumbent elliptical trainers
  • Atlantis Selectorized and Hammer Plate loaded weight training equipment
  • Cardio theatre
  • Spin bikes
  • Bosu balls, balance boards, stability balls, foam rollers, fit bands & medicine balls
  • Raised stretching platform
  • Precor stretch apparatus

Have a certified weight trainer lead you through an orientation on how to use the weight and cardio machines. This service is free with admission.

Personal Training

We are pleased to offer competitively priced one-on-one personal training. Working with a variety of the latest cardio and strength training equipment, our certified personal trainers will create inspiring, highly personalized plans designed just for you. Bring a friend or form a small group (to a maximum of four people) to lower your costs.

Fill out the form and bring it to the front desk or weight room to get started. 

  Time Single Small Group (2 to 4 people)
 Initial Consultation and Session  90 minutes  $81  $81/person
 Ongoing Sessions  60 minutes  $54  $81/group
 Five-swipe pass (5 sessions for the price of 4)  60 minutes  $216  $324/group

Physical Education Teachers & School Groups

Teachers are welcome to bring their high school physical education classes to the weight room. Our staff will demonstrate how the cardio and weight machines work so students can safely use them that day and on future visits.

We can also schedule group fitness classes for students.
