Register by phone

Registration by phone is available. Call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.

Register in person

In person registration is available at any Surrey Parks, Recreation & Culture facility during hours of operation. Bring your recreation passcard when you visit. 

Cancelling a registration

If you need to cancel your registration, log in to your account and follow our How to Cancel Your Activity video.

Alternatively, you can call 604-501-5100, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a customer service representative can cancel your registration for you.

If you no longer want to use your Recreation Pass, learn how to receive a refund.

Waitlist

We are offering a limited selection of activities and following safety protocols so everyone can recreate responsibly. Please do not come to the recreation facility unless you have received a confirmation call that a spot has become available.

Powerplay Hockey League

Registration is now open

New to hockey? This is a great place to start! Boys and girls ages 6 to 13 can play the game they love at an affordable price while learning all the fundamentals and skills of hockey. 

  • Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex
  • Starting September 15 for 10 sessions
  • $148.50 for the league; goalies play free
  • 1.25 hours of ice time every Sunday
  • Coaches, referees and jerseys are provided at no extra cost
  • Rental equipment provided for $53 during the season, while quantities last

Minor sport groups in Surrey

Surrey is home to many minor sport associations. If your team would like to join a league, various sport leagues are active through Surrey’s recreation facilities.

Accessibility

Our arenas have accessible parking and level access to the viewing areas from the main parking lots. Para-ice sleds, wheelchairs and strollers are welcome on the ice during open skate times but everyone must wear a helmet, including children in strollers. Please note: Ice grips are only allowed for individuals who are supporting someone with a disability on the ice.
